Unless there's still major construction going on around the University Blvd exit the 417 should be fairly clear to get around Orlando.

If you're coming from I-95 you're better off taking the 417 starting in Sanford. To come down I-4, then the 408 across Orlando to the 429 is waaaaaay out of the way. If you're coming from Tampa Bay you're just best off taking 4 to the Celebration/Disney World exit.
