Other than POTC, Disney has not had much recent success with live actor films. Take anything with Duane "The Rock" Johnson as examples. I don't think Jungle Cruise has the mass appeal to make a successful film. It's a cool ride with a good captain, let's leave it at that.

It was up and running before the any of the other festival elements were open so I think it is seperate. It does not have any topiary elements to it. Probably not permanent but may be around longer than the F & G festival.
