I think this has been true across the nation. I know here in the midwest, we have had a bunch of rain this year, between spring and summer. One can hardley keep up with the mowing. But on the other hand, everything is green! (Okay, call me a Pollyana for trying to find the silver lining!)

1989 was my first year to the world - I was 19 and went with my soon to be husband. Boy it seems hard to believe we will be celebrating 18 years of marriage this August. I need to dig into those old photos before we go down and see how things have changed.
