News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

Fantasy Springs should be what they're aiming for with this expansion. FS looks so good.

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

Honestly, I've started to see that one at fairly reasonable wait times outside of peak days.

It still doesn't feel like enough. The wait times for Remy, Frozen & Test Track are rough.

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

It's a fun C/D ticket but it's really hurt by the fact that it has to pull the weight of an E-ticket because EPCOT has so few rides.

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

Yeah, they're not relevant. But if they're going to do more western stuff it makes sense to base it off of actual western characters instead of freakin' Woody. Ideally, it'd be something original. Get Imagineering's creative juices flowing & potentially give the movie studio a Western IP that...

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

If we're getting a western attraction & it has to be IP, then it should be based on old characters that are basically American legends at this point. The Lone Ranger or Zorro could be awesome E-tickets. Yeah, they don't have active franchises, but the names are still super recognizable & I...

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

There's pros & cons to having it in either park. A lot of people like the idea of the villains having their own land with MK as a contrast to Fantasyland. You can have a story about the villains being "banished" to the back of the park & them trying to escape into the rest of the park...

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

I agree with Radiator Springs itself coming to MK. The ride could work if it's a part of a more "realistic" Route 66 land, that would fit the Americana theme of MK well. But I think that would disappoint casual parkgoers who want to go to the town from the movie.

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

If they do this, then it feels like there'll be more Toy Story attractions than there is attractions with Mickey & the gang in them. I wonder if they're thinking about making the TS cast a secondary set of mascots?

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

Maybe we'll see the Dinosaurs return when Disney finally remembers that DAK has expansion pads in 15 years.

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

I don't think anyone who's been begging for the Villains idea thinks that will happen. Disney doesn't have any actual scary villains besides maybe Chernobog. People like the Disney Villains because they're evil but campy. The Villains people just want a fun, spooky land; the anti-Fantasyland...

News 'Beyond Big Thunder Mountain' Blue Sky concept revealed for Magic Kingdom

The construction on Tiana is encouraging, though that is just a retheme. Hopefully with this not being in guest areas, it can be faster than the EPCOT embarrassment.

DAK 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

I definitely agree. I'd love if they would revive some of the ideas they had like the Italian boat ride. A mix of IP & original would be nice for WS.

DAK 'Encanto' and 'Indiana Jones'-themed experiences at Animal Kingdom

I think EPCOT still needs some love. I was there on Tuesday for most of the day & all I did was LWTL & the festival. The wait times for the rides are ridiculous just because there's not many of them. Frozen & Ratatouille shouldn't have E-ticket wait times. I'd probably say: DAK=DHS > EPCOT > MK...

Obscure/forgotten/old Disney IPs that you like to have a ride in the parks

It's not technically Disney's IP but I'd kill for them to revive the Dick Tracy plans. That ride sounded awesome especially it would've been developed during peak Imagineering, so it probably would've had some killer sets & animatronics. As for strictly Disney IPs, I'll be selfish & say...

Will Frontierland At Magic Kingdom Be Removed?

I love Frontierland & I hope they never get rid of it. It's actually my favorite land at WDW. However, if it was up to me, I think it'd be cool if they reworked it. Make the current area from the shooting gallery to Pecos Bill into a New Orleans area to fit in better with Tiana & to have more of...

News Disney plans to accelerate Parks investment to $60 billion over 10 years

That'd be a waste of the Tiki Room AND the Moana IP. Moana is just begging to be a cool water D or E ticket. I wonder why they don't aim for this more. If the rides are already going to have a height requirement then go furtherlmao

News Disney plans to accelerate Parks investment to $60 billion over 10 years

If they actually cared then they'd build South America as an actual expansion & then start remaking Dinoland after SA is done. Or they should lower the price of DAK until SA is done. What would you want to do with Nemo? It already has a show & a ride. Though, I wouldn't be opposed to the...

News Disney plans to accelerate Parks investment to $60 billion over 10 years

DLR deserves expansions too. But those two parks are in a much better state than most of WDW.

News Disney plans to accelerate Parks investment to $60 billion over 10 years

The movies & shows were doing good back then. Now they're depending on ol' reliable to make money. God, that'd be insane if DLR gets two additions & WDW only gets one...
