I agree with the single narrator concept but it would be cool to add some of the musical elements to the background... and maybe even change that seasonally, or as events start and stop, such as teh international food and wine festival, flower show, or cast choir

I like the concept, but I would much rather they utilize the building and space behind Japan... That space was origionally going to be a shopping area and e-ticket roller coaster... And since the majority of that building is not being utilized (except for the maintance crews) then it would be...

Does anyone remember the show that used to be in that theater in the 70's... I have early memories of small auto-animatronic figures of the Mickey Mouse Orchestra and a show they did based on the silly symphonies... I cant remember much about it, except that Mickey was the conductor...

You know your a Disney geek when..... You correct a cast member doing a speel... (doesn't matter which one, you know them all) Guest start coming up to you to answer questions... (dont laugh that really happened) The charaters and cast members remember you and acknowledge you...

I have been looking a the video of the parade and the floats, dancers, etc... is it me or does this seem like they took elements from the original share a dream parade and the one for walt's 100 birthday... when they had the "animator" on bicycles, etc???

just a couple quick notes.... usually the monorails are parked in the TTC overnight... and they do not stay out more than one night because of the preventive maintance checks that are required by the operational SOP's... the steam engines and the cars for the railraod have tracks and bays...

I have always thought that the door chase scene from Monsters Inc would be a great ride.... but that concept art for the Lion King was great too

That building is the Catering Facility for EPCOT Events... the kitchen is one of the largest catering kitchens in all Disney, and the exhibit/dinning area is the largest single area in EPCOT... we did a banquet in there for 1500 people and it was hardly half full... odd fact, during...

my favorite spot is the isola infront of Italy in World Showcase.... it has some of the best views, is rarely crowded, and has a peaceful fountain... although running a close second is the cab of any Monorail... I love the view

Customer Service does not mean customer punching bag... and I feel sorry for anyone who works in customer service who gets treated like that... to be quite honest, I was brought up in a very strick southern family and if I was rude to anyone, I would pay for it at home later... People seem to be...

I have been reading this thread and am really shocked at some of the responces... Disney was built on customer service and in many ways has raised the corporate bar for other companies... it is not alright... it is not acceptable... and all it takes is one rude person like this to ruin...

I was living in Orlando and my other half worked at Disney since 88, and I can tell you that right up until the time they officially announced DAK, you could get your head bit off for just mentioning a new park.... I wasn't a member of this board back then so I dont know what it was like on...
