Maybe they booked a "pool view" and got a "parking lot" view? I don't even know if those are real options at the Poly but maybe that was the case and they didn't get what they had paid for? Just throwing out an idea.

Grand Floridian Old Key West Wilderness Lodge Port Orleans Riverside Animal Kingdom Lodge Wilderness Lodge is our favorite (stayed there 3 times), but AKL is a close second.

I love it. The pictures are amazing. My only wish is that it came more often. It brings a little Disney Magic to our mailbox every couple of months.

Wow, that's sad. I thought that picture conveyed a powerful message about Walt's influence and the impact of the Disney Co. I am glad I was able to photograph it on our last trip. I will miss it.

Are you looking to buy a print, or just want to see it? I don't know where you can buy one, but the One Man's Dream attraction at the Hollywood Studios has one on the wall. We took a picture of it last time we were there and then edited the pic and made a decent print.

If you have kids (or maybe even if you don't!) you may love Guide to the Magic for Kids. It is bright, fun, and interactive. Not quite as detailed as Unofficial Guide, but a very nice compliment.

I have never received a Pin Code. I hope to sometime in the future. My question is, what does one look like? I know they can come electronically or via snail mail, but will I know it when I get it? Is it obvious it is a Pin Code or do they bury it in the fine print of your Disney Movie Club...

It really depends on the crowd level when you are there. We have always had to go in the summer and we get FP's for anything and everything we can. However, if you go during a lighter attended time of year you may not need them at all.

I second that. I'd say if you are 6 feet tall or more, it may be a little cramped. Less than that though and you will be fine. They are great rooms. We have stayed in them on several occasions and will do so again in the future.
