The graph you posted doesn't support this. Do you have something that shows attendance by months? That might help people believe you. Easy to think that a terrorist attack and a recession starting in September might've dampened the usually very busy Q4 for WDW parks.

You should only be forced to get the vaccine if you want to participate in society. There's no reason why hermits and truffle hunters should have to get the vaccine.
