    Adding photo pass to AP

I renewed our APs today and afterwards I thought maybe I should have added the Photo Pass option. I went back on the MDE App however I couldn’t find way to add it on. Is that something I can do at Guest Relations?

Anyone else choosing to drive these days?

We’ve been driving for a long time now. But we usually make other stops along the way like Savannah and St. Augustine. For a change of pace, we’ll take the Autotrain on the way back. Make sure you stop at a Bucee’s travel stop. The first time I saw those 100 gas pumps I was in Heaven. Of course...

    Port Orleans Riverside Location Request

We’ve found they’re very good at helping with building requests. Like @nickys stated it depends on what type of room you reserved. We have found it’s best to get there as early as possible. Arriving later the pool of rooms available shrinks.

Parking Situation for "Day Guests" Summer 2023

It’s only “Free” if the guard lets you in to park.

    Question about PO Riverside

We’ve stayed at POFQ and POR and haven’t found the dogs to be a problem. I think they are “confined” to certain buildings. We may see 2 maybe 3 dog guests at most. Most of the dog guests are found at FW.

@Monkee Girl , do you think it’s up there with a Wawa Sizzli?

    Breakfast Hours

I enjoy getting up early and heading to the food court for my morning java. I’ll find a quiet spot somewhere and bust out my iPad Air and enjoy the solitude.

    Security Screenings

I typically only take my cell phone with me and like others have posted I’ve been “selected” for further inspection after going thru the same entrance and machine sometimes on the same day. It’s frustrating, but you just need to go with the flow. Using the wand, they never find anything that...

    Trams

With the Monorail, Skyliner, and buses all returning to Pre-Covid operations, those reasons can probably be ruled out. Does anyone here know if you need a CDL license with passenger endorsement to operate the Trams? Is it similar to the requirements to operate a bus? Although Trams don’t operate...

    idea on refillable mugs

It would definitely be nice to have more water filling stations. I guess at $3.50 for a bottle of water, we probably won’t be seeing them though. I bought a case of 32 bottles of water at Lowe’s last week for $4.97. Granted it wasn’t Dasani, but it was wet.

    Disney World in 1973

My Brother and I drove down from Delaware in 1973 with a Ford Pinto station wagon for our 1st trip. Pitched a tent at Fort Wilderness and thought we were in Paradise for 5 days! Thanks to @mergatroid for posting that cool video!

News Another Fight at Magic Kingdom

We’ve been taking pictures in that same exact spot for years! It may possibly be the most popular photo op except for maybe Main St with the Castle in the background. In all of those times everyone waiting to take a picture was very respectful and waited their turn.

    idea on refillable mugs

Since we’ve heard so many great things about Dollywood on this forum, we’re heading there in June to experience it.

    Paddlefish or Boathouse

We ate in the “Boat” a long time ago when there was a restaurant in there named Steerman’s Quarters.

    Paddlefish or Boathouse

Thanks @Prince-1. I chose Boathouse on the recommendations of my fellow forum members.

    Paddlefish or Boathouse

I made a reservation for May 25th on Open Table at Boathouse and there were quite a few time slots available.

Are Disneyland or WDW fans the most stubborn about trying the "other" park?

I really enjoy the discussion on this thread. For those familiar with the DLR, does it offer Genie+ and require a park reservation or is that just a WDW thing?

    Got my Incredipasses, eventually...

You can stop by Guest Services to get your AP card before you enter the park. We took ours to Guest Services at Disney Springs because it’s less crowded. Congrats on your AP!!
