I’m fairly certain that may not happen. You might possibly get an upgrade to a water view in the wings, but a tower room upgrade is substantial move nightly rate wise. But hey, it certainly doesn’t cost anything to ask.

We’ve stayed in the Garden Wing several times and enjoyed each one immensely. I wouldn’t waste the money on a water view room. The times we did our view was obstructed by a large tree. The proximity to the MK was our main reason. It’s an easy walk, and you have your own security checkpoint.

They did that to me at Roaring Forks in Wilderness Lodge. They discontinued the meatloaf dinner, which was our favorite. I asked the manager on duty and she said it was a popular entree. Hoping it returns.

We’ve stayed at quite a few Disney resorts and honestly GF was one of our least favorite resorts. Like at @Meyerffej wrote, the entire complex is just Eh.

Thanks @DVCLover. We’ve stayed at so many resorts from the campground, Values, Moderates, and Deluxes. But we’ve never stayed in a DVC resort. We’re excited. The Villa looks AWESOME.
