It’s been a year.

Well, won the WS without Acuña. The team started off very slow that year too. I don’t know. Offense simply cannot get going. I’m pretty happy with the state of pitching. It’s not perfect, but not bad considering the hit the staff took 2 weeks into the season.

Rough times in Atlanta these days.

My buddy is a Dodger fan. When I texted him about this move all he said was, “the rich get richer.”

I know. But, it’s not a good thing.

Yeah, I don’t like the Wright trade. AA has done well through his few years in Atlanta though. Time will tell if this was another good move.

Think it was worth the price? I’m ok with Soroka leaving. The Braves gave him a chance and I really wanted him back. But, it’s not working out that way.

Happy for him, but dang. Gonna miss Ron at 3rd base and all the infield work he put in with the guys.

Absolutely. 1st and 3rd, no outs, and no runs. Dangerous way to live. We have many improvements to make on the pitching front too.

Agreed on Strider. Solo shots don’t bother me as much. It’s 1 run. He pitched well enough to win, but the offense gave him no help at all. I’d like to see some more singles as well. Braves lived by the HR all season. Died by it in the postseason.

Philly got it. On to the D-Backs for them and on to February for us. Braves bats couldn’t make it happen.

Tight game tonight. But, Braves lineup is ice cold.

It’s looking good for them. Playing well and lots of momentum.
