    5 Night Double Dip Cruise on the Magic September 1st – 6th, 2008 Hurricanes/Tropical

I second this! We had such a wonderful time on our 4 day cruise this past December. We were amazed at how much to do there was. I will have to remember the tip on the Atlantis though, we didn't know about that. We had an exciting tour of the island with a local! :D We are busy planning for...

Popsicletrees and Disneybird's September 3-7 Pic-Heavy Trip Report

LOVE IT! I'm going to be celebrating my 39th in December, so I will have to remeber that line! (BTW, you really don't look like you are over 40 - we should all age so beautifully!)

BUMP! We are heading off in 7 days, so I was hoping recent returnees from our favorite place can tell us how the crowds have been!

    BackPack or FannyPack?

Ditto! Though I used to use a pack :lookaroun. (I hate to admit that) I always use these backparks for parks or outdoor activities like fairs or ye olde ren fest to throw in my camera, money, poncho, small bottle of sunscreen (i'm really fair folks!), a hard eyeglass case for the...

    ASMu - Hair Dryers/Irons?

Thanks for the tip. I have thick hair, but I keep it pretty short and most of us other than DD have short hair and she generally just let's hers air dry. So, we think we will be able to go without and have less wieght in our luggage down - more room for souveniurs! :D I've not tried the...

You know Your Trip is Fast Approaching When..

I hear you - seemed like here in KC on Friday that we would all need to hop aboard an ark to get around after a couple of days of rain. Did you guys have any tornados up your way? We had a few touch down here and there - seemed so weird since generally spring is the season for those suckers...

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween plus Non-Hopper Tickets

Pretty similar to my approach. We are on a 5 day trip this time, with travel eating up the final day, so we opted to only purchase 3 days and our halloween tickets, but plan to spend a day in each park, with us visiting Blizzard Beach the morning of the Halloween party.

    ASMu - Hair Dryers/Irons?

Thanks JP, I was hoping you were lurking around! Even though I cruised allears - from recent discussions, it sounded like some of their information was old, so I'm glad I confirmed. We are down to 10 days, so it looks like I will be doing the single digit boogie dance tomorrow! :ROFLOL:

    ASMu - Hair Dryers/Irons?

Hi, Just looking to see if any of our wonderful forum members can tell me if there are hair dryers and irons in the rooms at ASMu? I've only stayed at the Deluxe level before (not bragging, been very blessed!) and wondered for our upcoming trip. Thank you in advance!

I hate the Free Dining Plan

It's tough to balance the marketer hat with the consumer hat Pumbaas. :ROFLOL: As I was simply trying to point out, from a marketing side of the house, it's a successful campaign in pulling in guests, but everyone is right, there is definitely a flip side if you are not maintaining the quality...

August 2008: Trip Report by the Numbers

Thanks for a wonderful trip report. PHOTOGRAPHER! That should be your next job. The photos that you took were fabulous, I especially love the Spectromagic one. And I've loved the photo layouts you have shared on the magically manipulated picture thread. I really hope to do something similar...
