That LB/RoA had less of a novelty factor to WDW guests because of other similar experiences available, unlike other castle parks. You may be right about spatial design, but we wont know until Cars and Villains land opens. I joke about Cars area, but I think it will turnout better than some fans...

That will likely change with the upcoming Avengers ride. The Spiderman tower looks promising, and maybe the coaster as well. Webslingers was a dumb move as the first attraction though.

I think its inevitable, because after Potter it's probably the Simpsons that sells the most merch at Universal. It's popularity is declining but its still very recognizable and nostalgic to people over 30 or so. But yes, it will be difficult to insert the Simpsons in a seamless way.
