I would definitely call. You have to pay long-distance but their website booking system doesn't work very well.

Yeah, I saw an article that there was a problem with the rear brakes on the DCL and DME buses and that they're in the process of being replaced. Probably done by now, actually.

Disney will be doing DME for free until the end of December, 2006. After that, no one knows.
