Those pictures are flat out depressing. I love the idea of low crowds but everything else is a definite no way, absolutely no way, never, will not do ever in the current format. Now it just looks like every other amusement park.
Think bigger. NFC or bluetooth. Just walk up to the reader and if you have your phone on you it detects how many are allowed automatically and the CM lets you in. I would prefer to not have to have magic bands on the whole family. On our most recent trip in Feb/March it is just one more thing to...
Yes this. I think this alone will probably be enough to restrict people coming to Disney World. I understand the reasoning but it makes my decision to not partake while masks are required an easy decision. That just isn't the Disney I want to experience.
We also will not go back until everything is back to normal. I saw pics today of Disney with kids in masks and it does not look fun at all. I refuse to do that. So if they require masks it actually makes our decisions on where to spend our vacation dollars easier.
Sorry, this is not Disney. I will not go to any parks while these restrictions are in place. Gloves for some rides? Masks always? No close meetings with characters? No, never. I will not subject my kids to Disney like this. If that means we don't go for many years then we don't go. We were in...
30' over a parking lot on a monorail SITTING on a concrete structure or dangling 10' over water by a cable...yeah i'll take concrete. Although they do look like they can float.
I hope a ton of people take these, cause I won't be. No way, not over the water like that. Yes irrational fear but its there no matter what anyone says.
I'm going to be in Disney World end of February. If the crowds are still this big for this land I will be forced to skip it. I'm not going to make my kids stand in lines like that. Would be a major disappointment for myself though.
You don't need to have security physically catch them, you just need security to go up to them and tell them they saw them smoking on camera and its not allowed in the park. Word will get around. The perceived threat of being bounced will be all they need. Plus its private property, i'm pretty...
