The rumor is Uni did reduce the top hat element of this ride to 200 feet. Not sure if it was noise concerns or site line concerns. If the track is sand filled, it can be surprisingly quiet. I just hope that don't need scream shields like DCA Maliboomer. That was sad.

I'm confused by these numbers. I never read about any large numbers entering the park today, but I also read they stopped walk-ins 1 hour after park opening (turning on virtual queue only). That also sounds like a *huge* missed opportunity. It they stopped taking reservations 17 minutes...

Something else to keep in mind is that 500,000 people have already seen the land via June's earlier reservation system. Most people I know that would have lined up for something like this have already seen everything during their guaranteed reservations.
