I second Captain Cook's. The Thai Coconut Meatballs, Pulled Pork (Nachos or Sandwich) or the Hot Beef and Cheese are family favorites. It doesn't hurt that you can then grab a dole whip on the way back up to the resort monorail back to Magic Kingdom!

I agree with everyone's comments on the Kona breakfast. Sanaa is also a great choice, the bread service is amazing! I am not sure of the time you normally eat dinner, but I would recommend you try to get a time while there is still light outside as part of the experience is seeing the animals...
