I don't think MK has very many "romantic restaurants", but I'd say either BOG (ballroom) or CRT. Otherwise, I'd recommend Narcoossee's or Citrocos at Grand Floridian.

I really like the mickey mouse rice krispie treats. They're very addicting!

Depends if you want a character meal or not. If you want a character meal then I'd say Ohana or Crystal Palace. If not, Kona Cafe is a great one.
