Another vote for Capt's Grille at the YC - you can do either buffet or a la carte, and it's spacious, quiet, and a short walk or boat ride to the International Gateway. One of our favorite breakfast spots

Just tried booking reservations for the first week in December, and Every Single Restaurant in Epcot is fully booked for both lunch and dinner except for Akershus, Spice Road Table, Le Cellier and Monsieur Paul. Which look to me to be the only restaurants not bookable for Processional Packages...

Bear in mind, if you are driving, or having groceries delivered, or picking them up with a stop using a car service, a case of water is at most $4. We always get at least one and each take two or three bottles (depending on season) into the parks with us

Goodness, can't believe no one has mentioned the Candlelight Processional followed by Christmas Illuminations! Both are a must-do for us, usually multiple times. Depending on crowds and who is performing, you can usually get into the Processional without doing the Dining Package, or at worst...

The strip steak at Flying Fish was really excellent. One of my favorites. Hold the Sauce Foyot. Not big on frou-frou sauces on my steaks. :)

Our personal favorite is Captain's Grille at the YC. Great buffet, and also a really good a la carte menu. Nice and relaxing, as well
