Most of the parking lot has reopened now since construction is mostly complete. I believe the only thing left to be completed is The Cake Bake Shop...though there is still an empty kiosk right in the middle of the Boardwalk (on top of Big River).

This post made my heart drop. Even if this is not true, Disneyland entertainment was previously leaps and bounds above Walt Disney World (sad in itself). The seemingly permanently closed theatre in DCA, Fantasmic without the dragon, and lack of permanent show in Fantasyland really speaks to how...

They were surprised by it. Unfortunately due to its proximity to guest rooms there is no allowing for much of a kitchen (which explains the quality of some items from Big River) so it does box them in a bit. I miss Ample Hills.

No plans for Big River at this moment. Executives are visiting Boardwalk again this weekend and were getting a walkthrough of the Cake Bake Shop on Friday, wonder what they thought

I remember reading his articles as early as third grade, being thrilled by his updates and amused by how cutting he could be. He knew what was right and held Disney to a high standard - something you really only find here these days. A true champion of Disney creativity and greatness.

It would be really nice if the other pavilions would use their own unique ambiance music, restricting the new music to the World Celebration Gardens. It’s beautiful but Future World that side of Epcot is so large and could totally use the variety

Nice to see them focus on the role of music in their work!! Hopefully we get to see more live music at the parks/hotels one of these days.

Corn dog stand is actually pretty much ready to go. Maybe they are still waiting on staffing or final approvals?

There is absolutely no word on this - Disney was not anticipating this closure at all. I play piano at Jellyrolls next door and though it wasn’t great, it was a decent place to get a bite before a shift

So uh, “villains roaming”…I’m assuming this means more of the distanced “sightings”? Not a Disneyland-style stroll around the park? Either way, though I’d prefer the latter, definitely a HUGE improvement

That float is the oldest in the parade, going back the entire fifty years (and for the drum, possibly more??)
