Does anyone know which rides will be open during the MVMCP nights? I have never been even though we live close so it would be nice to know what to expect!

Thanks for so many options! Since I will be there at a 'working' convention, I may not be able to be inside a park at night so at least I will be able to enjoy some of the magic from other spots. :)

Are there any places to see the fireworks from a resort other than CBR (Epcot's)? There will be some nights during my convention stay that I can't go to a park but would still like to see the fireworks! I know I can see them at CBR but wondered if there were other spots.

That would be great if they are still there in January - I loved the movie!

I will end up at the POR - I made my reservations through the convention site so I didn't have a choice of POFQ as expected. Although my only stay at CBR was good, I did see some bad reviews of it so I opted to try someplace new. Thanks for all the opinions!

I attend Lotusphere for work so I will be at POR from 1/20 - 1/25! Nothing better than work paying for the trip! woohoo!:sohappy:

I have the choice of staying at either CBR or POR at an upcoming convention - which is quieter? I have stayed at CBR before and it was very peaceful but I'd like to give POR (or FQ) a shot if comparable. Anybody have thoughts, preferences, comments? thanks! Julia
