    What did you do?

Yesterday I ran a 4 miler at a less than 9 mile per minute pace. Good to be back in the zone. It's amazing what loosing 30 pounds will do. Today I ran another four miles outside in the heat, and took it easy. Bring on the Dopey training.

    What did you do?

Ran a four miler in the absolute heat of June Tennessee. I had to stop at mile two, and took an hour to clean my pool. Ran the last two miles at a quick pace for me, 9 minute miles. Gheez it's hot out there. I am 30 pounds down since March, I have found the fountain of youth lol.

    What did you do?

Four miles again today. Ran it at a slow pace. To be honest I played Pokemon Go the whole time, which slows me down. Anyone else play Pokemon Go while running? I know it's odd. But playing that game keeps me interested in running.

    What did you do?

I did a really fast 3 miler today. Surprised me at how fast I pulled it off. Did one mile at 8;00 minutes. That's like 2017 speed for me.

    What did you do?

Did an hour on the elliptical today. Rain forced me indoors. I don't enjoy running the treadmill if there is no football to watch.

    Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend

This is my opinion as well. I still think they are limiting the sale. The 2018 anniversary year was a brief rebound from numbers that were trending downward.

    Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend

I am finding it hard to believe all these races sold out today. Am I crazy to think the demand is so much? I mean they have to be holding back something based on all the numbers of the past. Heck at the peak of runDisney no Marathon Weekend races, especially Goofy or the full sold out so fast...

    Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend

You would think a company that has mastered putting on flawless fan friendly expo's, would be able to do a simple registration. I also think Perfects should get a plus one at least.

    Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend

GKTW is a great charity to run for. As a perfect Dopey I was already in, so today was just about getting my wife into the Dopey. She and I both joined the queue at 8:45 cst (15 minutes early). When they finally opened registration at 11:30 I was told one hour, she got in within 5 minutes. Glad...

    What did you do?

Sorry I have been awol. I have found that since I turned age 50, six miles a day is pretty taxing, I have gone down to 4. Four feels better, and today I did 4.5 at a quick pace.

How many times have you been to Disneyland?

Just got back from DL last evening. We are more of a WDW family because of where we live. I went once as a teenager (years ago). Went a couple of times with my family when my boys were little people. Started doing the runDisney stuff and ran several races out there but when they stopped...

Coronado Springs Resort or Port Orleans French Quarter

I would honestly take Coronado based on dinning and rooms. But spending so many days I think you would prefer POFQ based on location and access to Disney Springs.
