Well first of all there is no Privates its Pirates of the Carribbean. The WDW version does not have a restraunt, however if you plan to visit Disneyland, there is one. And Chef Mickeys is a good place to eat breakfast especially if you want to eat with the characters.

It was a while ago, but Busch Gardens Tampa had a skyride. Sea World San Diego also had one but i wasnt going to pay 5$ or whatever to ride it.
