Plan C is basically get under cover and go quick, C for cover. When this happens in MK, sometimes that means that Guests are escorted into the Utilidor for safety. But like I said before, there's a meld sometimes between Plan B and C where Guests are just asked to get as inside as possible, away...

Of course, that's as far as little ol me knows. We bolted the second that downpour started so I'm not sure how it went over in those in merchandise or attractions positions that had the Guests running for shelter right towards them kinda thing.
