I just got back from a trip to Universal. A 3-day pass is a long time. We bought it and realized we would've been fine with just a 2-day pass. Also, there are so many simulation rides. If she gets motion sickness easily, she won't like most of their rides. Good luck with your plans.

The GC is a beautiful hotel, although I'm partial to the Disneyland Resort. It is the nicest of the 3, closest to the parks & does have a similar feel to staying at AKL in WDW. You will really enjoy it.

We go to Whispering Canyon Cafe every time we are at WDW. We love the "all you can drink" milkshakes and, of course, the BBQ. It is a great place for kids. Make sure they ask for some ketchup!

I know that it is a rough ride, but we will still be riding in August since we don't get to go very often. Just making sure to pack some extra Tylenol for the bumps and bruises. I am excited about seeing the new additions too.
