How are the park crowds from 12/18-12/24? The park hours are late, but don't travelers usually come the day after Christmas?

22 days with discounts I leave on 12/18 with free dining and 30% off of the resort, thanks to an e-mail pin offer. $1600 for park tickets, dining plan and resort for 6 nights. 2 adults and 2 kids. I couldn't pass it up. I hope it is not cold.

I am checking in on 8/24. I was hoping the free dining would start then. Rumor has it that it will start 8/30. I will have already paid for my tickets. Because I have to buy a base ticket for all 4 of us, I have to put out $279 for tickets I will not use. Any way I can get around...

How come the UK already gets the free dining for 2008:brick:? It is offered to them for 8/10-9/27. Like last summer, it is also longer than Americans are offered.

I got in to the semi-final round of the Disneyworld mom panel. Has anybody else gotten in? How many moms are still left? I know it started with 10,000. Last night 10/27, I got the letter that I am not going any further.

Do value resorts have hairdryers in the room or do we still have to call the front desk?
