Pros & Cons to taking a toddler to Disney World

Tottaly worth it. I actually cherish those memories more than any others. Just work around your kid's schedule and you will be fine. Make dinner reservation to ensure you eat at decent times. Take breaks in the afternoon if needed. Visit at a slower pace if need be and you'll have a blast. If...

Wild Africa Trek or Magic after hours, which would you choose?

I surprised my husband with the Wild Africa Trek a few years ago for our anniversary. We both loved it. It felt like we steped into the African savana, got to see the animals up close and got to meet some of the caretakers. The best part was the lunch out on the Boma. So special!

Grrr, can't think up a dinner reservation on our Magic kingdom day.

We really like Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch. The food has always been good there. I've had their pot roast, fish and chips, burger and colony salad which were all good. The ooey gooey tofee cake is amazing. We brought my parents in law this March and they loved their meal. My boys always like...

Which ECV company to rent from?

I wanted to let you know that we changed vendor at the last minute. We ended up going with Apple scooter because their insurance was included in price. I got a great little scooter that lasted all day. No problems with them at all.

    Disneyland Shanghai Trip Report

I always bring some Yen when I travel to China as many places do not take credit card. If not I buy some when I get to the airport. The best rates are ususally the exchanges spots I find on the streets of China. The restaurants on Disney Property however do take credit cards.

    Disneyland Shanghai Trip Report

Hi everyone, I just finished my trip report about Disneyland Shanghai on my blog. It is a little late but only found the time to review it now. I've been to Walt Disney World over 10 times and I visited the Hong Kong Disneyland a couple of times so I am comparing this park to those two. I...

So is anyone not going anymore? (I'm still a fan. lol)

I've been to Disney over a dozen times and my love for all things Disney has gone down in the recent years especially with the increasing prices in food and hotels. I just feel like DIsney Nickle and dimes you for everything now. It does remove a little of the Magic for me. That being said, I...

Which ECV company to rent from?

OH no! I just booked with Buena Vista, I hope I do not have this problem! I called Walker and they do not have any time slots left for 8:00 - 9:00 AM on my first park day. They can only deliver between 9:00-10:00 which sucks because if they only arrive at 10:00AM, I will miss my first FP+ at...

POFQ is kid friendly. Check out the the pics of the pool and aquatic play area: http://www.portorleans.org/doubloon-lagoon.php .The kids will have a blast there. I stayed at POR too and my kids really preferred POFQ. The boat to Disney Springs is a huge bonus too.

    Beach Club or Poly??

For me, the Poly wins hands down. I just love the grounds, the music and tiki torches at night. I love watching the fireworks and water pagent from the beach and enjoying drinks at Trader's Sams. Plus there is the easy access to Dole whip! That alone should convince you ;) I personally did not...

    So Many Questions

What a wonderful way to celebrate! October is my favorite time of year to be WDW. I love all the Halloween decorations! I did do MNSSHP when the kids where about your boy's ages. I have to tell you that it was fun but very expensive for the time that they got to enjoy it. After 11:00 my kids...

Which one should we leave out?

I would skip HS. Not much to do until Star Wars opens. I would keep AK because of the new Pandora and also because AK makes me feel like I,ve traveled across the world in one day. AK has to be one of the prettiest parks.

    Camera's at Waterparks

If it's an iphone you can get a Hitcase. That is what I use when I travel. It basically turns your phone into a Gopro. I've gone skiing, swimming, scuba diving with it. And the best part it is compatible with all gro pro accessories. I especially love the fish eye lens that comes with it. Takes...
