I think what I’m asking is whether you think it’s better to offer fast pass for low capacity attractions or fast pass for high capacity attractions. High capacity attractions run the risk of starvation, especially at the start and end of day, so fast pass guides people to those attractions...

But aren’t higher capacity attractions more able to allocate hundreds of GC to skip-the-line? Whereas giving hundreds of GC for JC FP means even moderate demand produces an exorbitant wait.
