Please help-ttrying to book DME online and cannot find link!

Hi everyone! I am trying to add DME details to my trip and I can't find where I need to go! I figured it would be somewhere in the My Vacation area of the website, but I am lost. Really, I'm usually pretty website-savvy. Thanks for the help! -Katie

Those that have taken or will take babies under 1 yr of age

Hi Ericka-We took Cole last Sept when he was 10 weeks old. We have a carseat frame stroller as well. We didn't need the carseat on the plane-it went to the cargo area. He slept the whole time on the plane-he won't this trip at 10 months! We had him in the frame/carseat on the busses. It was...

How soon do you get the luggage out?

The vacation starts from the second we leave for the airport. My luggage is out, I have my Excel lists started for myself and Cole-my husband does his own thing. I've bought all my new clothes, have my books ready and mini toiletries assembled! I would leave my suitcase perma-packed for WDW...

Please help-taking 10 month old. Not sure which stroller to take!

Thanks jesserin-my Peg didn't come with a tray. It seems kind of odd since we paid a lot for that stroller! That was one of my concerns-that we wouldn't be able to get a highchair. He will be able to eat his solids sitting in the stroller, though.

Please help-taking 10 month old. Not sure which stroller to take!

Thanks jesserin! We went last year when he was 10 weeks old. We flew and had our carseat and a carseat/stroller adapter-one of the frames to put the carseat into. It was a huge pain. Carrying two awkward things and a diaper bag was inconvenient. This year we have one thing to fold and a...

Please help-taking 10 month old. Not sure which stroller to take!

Thanks for the replies! I think I agree with Master Yoda. We will most likely bring the big stroller since I am more focused on his comfort than our convenience. When he's a couple years old and needs to nap at the resort then we will take the umbrella stroller. I feel he is still so...

    WDW vs Dubailand

I think they are biting off more than they can chew, even though it's to be built in phases. It's taken over 30 years for WDW to be what it is today. Sure it will attract people from that area of the world, but I will not be flying to UAE to visit Dubailand. I am very happy with Orlando. The...

Please help-taking 10 month old. Not sure which stroller to take!

Hi everyone! We are going in May with our 10 month old. We are trying to figure out which stroller to take. We have 2 choices-a Peg Perego and an umbrella stroller. The Peg is nice because the seat reclines allowing him to nap comfortably. It has ample storage underneath for bags, etc-he...

46 days til disney can't come fast enough!!

Oh man!! It was 70 degrees here 3 days ago and today it is 30 degrees. All of our snow is melted, but we got some Weds night but has melted. I cannot agree more. I am anxiously waiting for our trip. I've already made my packing list!

    What is the right age?

There is no right age. I took my son at 10 weeks old and we are going back in May when he will be 10 months old. We are starting him early-many CM said they have never seen such a young baby at WDW. I didn't know if I should have been proud or worried that he was going so early. He absorbed...

    Making pymts on your vaca

I have never made payments on my vacation. I like to put the money that I would make payments with into the savings account and collect interest, then pay off the vacation when it is appropriate. I don't want to give Disney my money before it is actually due-they get enough of my cash anyways...

what do you carry around in parks

We used to carry nothing. We would have our room keys on our bodies and loved waking the parks freely. We now have a baby so we took, just last year, a diaper bag and his stroller. It wasn't too bad. We fit our sunscreen, camera, and his supplies in a medium bag. This year he is older so I...

    Booking through Expedia

I'd be really careful booking through Expedia. My friend had major problems when trying to book a flight. This was a few years ago andI don't know if they have changed policies or whatnot. I personally would be nervous booking something as important as a WDW vacation.

    Do they wear crocs?

rigama-I have seen the kids Disney Crocs at Nordstrom. They sell the adult sizes in some of the styles but not the Disney patterns. I ordered mine from the Nordstrom site-free shipping. I haven't seen the Disney Crocs anywhere else, but that most certainly doesn't mean they aren't out there...

    Do they wear crocs?

Oh no, mousebymarriage!! I ordered the white from Nordstrom, thinking they were white. Bummer. I was torn between those and the pink ones. I think the color is pearl-is it frosty? I'm sure they will be fine. Kind of a letdown-I can find the kids Disney Crocs at my Nordstrom store but not...

    Haunted Mantion Refurb

In the years I have been going to WDW, 8 in a row, I don't ever recall it being down. It's always the first attraction we visit at the MK, so I remember!

    Do they wear crocs?

We have gone every year and I saw more and more people progressively wearing them. When we went last September, they were everywhere! We saw families wearing them. Seriously, it was a Crocs invasion. I love them and will wear them to the parks from now on. I wear them at work where I am on...

    magical express modifications

I love DME and plan to use it as long as it is offered to us. It exceeded our expectations every time we have used it. It is a lifesaver when it comes to, like EricainNJ said, carting a baby, stroller, bags, etc. It is a wonderful start to our vacation. Ours bags arrived very quickly to our...
