EPCOT Remy's Ratatouille Adventure coming to Epcot

MMRR doesn’t have 3D glasses, if MMRR gave you issues how would Rat going 2-D fix your problem?

One thing you would bring back to Disneyland?

I would be happy with Zip coming back without Splash.

    All things Knotts Berry Farm

I’m ok with no new show in Walter Knott, there wasn’t really any last year either (Elvira on a video screen doesn’t count) just as long as the Haunted Houses remain high quality and we still have the hanging and the circus acts. Honestly, Puppet Up got old after a year, the only thing that’s...

    The Miscellaneous Thought Thread

What exactly would you call RSR, Guardians, GRR or Soarin? They are pretty darn good anchors, and RSR can be in the discussion for the best ride in the resort (it’s not mine personally but it’s in the top 5) everything in Pixar Pier is in an incredibly tight footprint that really couldn’t be...

News Disneyland Resort ends Early Entry benefit starting early January 2026

Losing EE is unacceptable, glad my MK expires in October. Might go back to staying off site.

    The Miscellaneous Thought Thread

They haven’t released it yet. Expect similar schedule in October to that of late September. Only wildcard is I read a rumor somewhere Fantasmic may be taken out of its misery soon to refurbish.

Long term effects of WDC decision making, failure to innovate, and price gouging has caught up with WDW

Nope just disappointed, but that’s the way it is. t least they are now building a bunch of new rides (a correction after they learned that yes they need to do that.) It’s going to take a while before I forget 2010-2022.

Long term effects of WDC decision making, failure to innovate, and price gouging has caught up with WDW

It has nothing to do with what fans want, we dont decide that. The question is if management is willing to risk a significant drop in attendance in order to increase per capita numbers. Tokyo sells out most days without APs because they are located next to one of the largest cities in the...

Out of state annual pass holders

This needs to be treated as a completely non emotional math problem. How many times are you planning on going and what is the cost per day of your ticket doing each admission pathway. If the AP is cheaper, get it, if not don’t. Also if you do get it do not delude yourself into thinking...

EPCOT Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

Stick around after Luminous and you’ll hear it. First post song is Come Together as One, then One Heartbeat, then Remember Me (credit version,) then that song. Personally I think it should swap places with Remember Me in the order but what do I know.

Disneyland celebrates the country's 250th birthday in 2026

I personally think they should just copy what they are doing in DC next year. If a UFC cage match is appropriate for the South Lawn of the White House, no reason Disneyland can’t have one in the hub! Yeah America!

New Transportation Option to/from MCO for Deluxe Resort Guests

This is why the monorail and Crescent Lake Resorts are more money (the Skyline also has and interminable wait at the end of the night) as you get to skip this at 2 out of the 3 parks you stay till closing (no one stays at AK till closing.)

Avengers Campus: E-Watch! (Waiting on the new ride)

I’m sure they want that thing up and running for the Olympics.

Cornish hens are amazing. While often they are baked, I have a little countertop toaster oven that has a rotisserie feature. Occasionally I’ll just sprinkle one with celery salt and cook it in there.

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

Dollywood also benefits from being right next to a fantastic National Park so you can easily spend a whole week in the area if you wanted to (I do a long trip every Spring.). Thanks to Collonial Williamsburg, the historic triangle and Water Country I can say the same thing about Williamsburg...

    All things Knotts Berry Farm

I misspoke earlier, turns out at all the other CF parks, all haunted houses will not be included with admission any longer. Given Knotts is a special event already I doubt they will upcharge for a house.

MK Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

I would say they’re roughly equal, at least BGW, SWSA, and SWO (the latter two only when it’s Summer Nights or Christmas) but United is falling and Herschunds is rising.

    All things Knotts Berry Farm

I would love an Arkham House, just hope it’s not an upcharge like some ip mazes are at other legacy CF parks.

News Disney World Hits All-Time High Revenue in Q3 2025, Strong Bookings Continue into Q4

About 5-6 years ago I did a deep dive into the costs and the delta wasn’t all that much. Who knows what the next 20 years will bring, I might not be around, I might change the way I vacation, I may start renting half the year down in Florida, you just don’t know. What I do know is that dues...

News Disney World Hits All-Time High Revenue in Q3 2025, Strong Bookings Continue into Q4

Location is a factor it’s not the only factor, I like the Grand’s theme much more, it’s the only resort that feels in the bubble at DL, its the only hotel at DL exhibiting that peak Disney theming touch the company had around the turn of the century, its home to the best restaurants and in the...
