Blimey thats alot of rumours in one day even for Screamscape. I think something is in the works for a couple of parks, but to the extent that Screamscape is saying seems doubtful, though ofcourse he is only reporting the rumours. Looking forward to seeing whats happening though :)

You would still get visitors from those in China that want to travel outside of the country and this park would more target those who probably don't travel outside of the country anyway imo. For example WDW still gets lots of visitors from the UK, despite Disneyland Paris being much easier to go...

Maybe the entire property is around that. But considering that MK averages ~40,000 a day, it wouldn't make sense to have such high capacity at one park, because operating costs would go through the roof.
