Maybe it's less to do with Express Passes but due to it being slower season they run at less than full capacity to reduces costs. It makes sense, and I'm sure they don't continually run at 100% at Disney either by the way. Plus if they did run everything at full capacity in the low seasons...

I accidentely dropped my ipod into a toilet, in wiped and rebooted itself a couple of times but eventually died! But I was on holiday so I sent it to the insurance company and got £150 back and bought a newer model lol.

The show is (normally) on more than once a day, if you arrive in enough time, you will get to see it. Seems you just had bad luck.

On the webcam looks like the crane at the hotel is going down now, its at half it's height before.
