Looking for a decent place to spend a weekend (outside of disney) that wont cost an arm and a leg. I am a florida resident but its hard to find the hotels that offer florida resident discounts.. I have been looking but all the cheap hotels that are outside of disney all have horrible reviews...

are the discounts really THAT significant? I had the pass once before and I found that the discounts they offered, (mostly on the rooms) were on par with just a regular florida resident discount

I was just about to buy some seasonal passes, they have a separate selection area for children 3-9 but the prices are the same why would the prices for children be the same as adults but regular day passes have discounts for children?

I wouldve thought the guy was crazy too, but after the desserts and the fastpass, i wouldve stalked him for the rest of the day to see if there was any truth to his story, and then if I found out he did have "power" in wdw, he wouldve become my best friend

Yes the e.t. smell is the best!!! wdw water rides come in at a close second to that though.. I really wish there was something I can buy to make my house smell like e.t.!

Definitely get one of those spray bottle fans, they were a lifesaver for me when we went in last June. If you dont want to pay the $17 for the disney ones I am pretty sure they have the cheap ones at walmart.. Get one of them and fill em up with ice whenever you can, they really do work.
