I haven't paid close enough attention to previous releases, so I'm wondering - do they always release itineraries first and announce a date for bookings to open a few days later (with higher level CC open first)? Like if itineraries are announced Friday, they would also announce booking starts...

I'm no fan of water, but I felt very safe on the ships. The only thing I wouldn't do was go out on our verandah at night. Dave is right, you'll see many ships nearby while you cruise. I was quite surprised how "not alone" it felt out there.

Has anyone who has had the potato leek soup at Be Our Guest also had the potato leek at 3 Broomsticks? If so, how do they compare? I thought the soup at 3 Broomsticks was awful, but I don't eat it in "real life" so I don't know if it's just an awful soup, of if their version is just awful.

We went on a Sunday in early May this year and crowds were low. In the afternoon, FJ's wait was only the time it took to walk to the loading area. Wasn't there in the morning to see how it was, but the afternoon was great.

If anyone else is interested, I counted the operating hours in a typical week for the preceding 5 months and the next 7 months. Last 5 months include EMH hours, next 7 do not. I chose what I think are typical representations of a month's hours, excluding April and December, where I've counted...
