Am I The Only One....This Site Is Becoming Way To Negative

Disney is a microcosm of the business world as a whole. I really can't think of any huge corp that is "better". They all serve their board of directors and the shareholders first. I hate that as a fan, but as a shareholder I understand it and have done very well by it. I think the outlook on...

Mattress quality in Disney resort rooms

My wife and I have said the same thing. We also wonder if the motion of the ship (nearly undetectable) has something to do with this.

    Disney Magic in October

For what it's worth- check your 'Daily Navigator' for on-board stuff, do some research for shore excursions and RELAX. DCL takes care of the rest. It's a vacation. Enjoy it. Sometimes less is more.

Is Rock 'n' Roller Coaster changing its theme soon?

Maybe a "Weird Al" theme? Who doesn't want to go inverted while listening to "Eat It" as you pass through a giant donut or see the obvious Lucasfilm tie-in available here with "Yoda" or "The Saga Begins". The pre-board video would at least be entertaining. kidding....but...well, why not?

    Corporate Speak

So, you're not a fan of moving the needle by empowering the brand, while getting buy-in and embracing core values, guiding principles and establishing value?;) I actually was told this- well, close to it- at the ballpark once by some clone from HR when questioning something inane. My response...

    Disney cruise

We've done 8, with a few 11-12 nighters in there and have never had a problem with drunks, boring food (or boredom in general). Are they worth it? That's a very individual question and dependent on a lot of variables. For us...yes, without a doubt. If you are a person who expects total bliss for...

Is Shanghai Disney Making Us Look Bad?

The Shanghai Pirates has a few nice, really nice, moments in it but I've never been real impressed with video screens in a ride through. They just don't impress me much. The AA's are great and the sets look wonderful. Still not as good as DL's Pirates, which is for me the gold standard.

Time for the the yearly canceling of the ABC shows :(

Honestly gonna miss Agent Carter. Even my non-MCU loving wife tolerated, if not enjoyed, that one.

Someone is accusing Disney of "paying off critics" to attack nonMCU films

Well then, I guess Bruce Wayne might want to dig into his philanthropic pockets and up the ante a bit. He may have "Stark money" and buy off his own set of critics.

Cuts coming to every area of parks and resorts - thanks to Shanghai and Paris

The answer "Because capitalism" answers almost all Disney, IP, Theme Park, Service cuts, etc. questions, comments and complaints. Handy little phrase.

DATELINE: Walt Disney World and The Attractions that never happened

In the model shown for The Boardwalk during the video, there's what appears to be either an old school coaster ala' CA's in Anaheim or an extensive facade of one as an 'atmospheric' piece. Any light to be shed on if a real coaster was ever considered as part of Boardwalk?

Captain America: Civil War - Spoiler Talk

Enjoyed Marisa Tomei as a young-ish Aunt May. Never saw her as anything but a elderly spinster-aunt before. I'm sure Peter Parker's buddies and their dad's like visiting!;)

Why are some people neutral on Disney snack prices

I've tried this approach. Don't poke the bear as the bear only understands a Small World after all.

Captain America: Civil War - Spoiler Talk

I was just glad the Russo's gave their hometown here some on-screen love when CLEVELAND popped up onscreen The crowd actually clapped here....and without Lebron James.

    Favourite area of World Showcase

The United Kingdom. Having a fish and chips, a brown ale and listening to the band play. Great shopping too. Mexico is a close second, mostly due to the attraction now that it has The Three Amigos.

    Bahamas Excursions Advice

On our Med cruise in Turkey (which Disney has since eliminated as a port) we were dumped off after a very pleasant shore excursion at the entry to an indoor market. You HAD to 'run the gauntlet' through the place to get back to the ship. After about five minutes and about as many times being...
