    I would suggest skipping one of the Crystal Palace meals and just going counter service. Thats a lot of food and not much time in between. Like someone said, Pecos Bills is good and Cosmic Rays. That would be a lot lighter in between big meals. Also, theres Flametree BBQ at AK if you wanted...

    You mentioned this, but, our favorite is exploring other resorts. You can eat at their food court for something different. They are all so different that its a fun thing to do. Especially, Wilderness Lodge.....

    If you dont want to pay for preferred rooms then I would suggest the 70s building. We have stayed there many times. Its not a long walk to either the food court or the bus stop. Its handy if you have refillable mugs, too. We requested the 70s rooms when we made our reservations and again...

    Considering your two little ones and double stroller, I would definitely pay for a preferred room. It would be well worth it.

    Stay with POP. You definitely won't be sorry. Also, stay with the preferred room because of your children's ages. As someone else said, avoid the regular lunch and dinner hrs. if you dont like noise, but we never thought it was too crowded. There's a lot of seating in the POP food court...
