MK is always the first stop for me and my family, it brings back the Disney 'feeling' and really places your mind in such a different location. It doesn't matter the order after that, just as long as MK is the last park we visit.

I wouldn't say it's flawless, no ride is flawless. But I think it is very unique in a way, and so much detail has been put into it. Disney did a great job with the entire project. I like to think of the ride beginning at the queue line because there's just so much to see and the amount of effort...

Yes, Thunder Mountain is a good "first" rollercoaster. Most of it is outside so you'll feel a little more comfortable. Just think of yourself after the ride is over. You'll still be the same person you are, you won't die, nothing will happen to you. Then ride Rock'n Rollercoaster.

You should be alright, this happens tons of times for different people, you shouldn't have a problem. It's a good idea to let them know before hand so they can arrange what needs to be done.

This happens a lot around WDW. I've never seen it done in Epcot however. The only one's I've seen have been "Jesus Loves You"
