I've been upgraded many times from a garden wing to an MK view at the contemporary but not recently...I have to say the last time this happened was like 7 years ago. Recently though, I did get upgraded from a standard room to a preferred suite at All Star Music and it was awesome!

Definitely agree about Peter Pan, Buzz Lightyear, and The Great Movie Ride! I rode them all about two weeks ago and I have to say they're looking tired and worn. If they get in worse condition, the Disney Magic could start to fade away!

I stayed at the All Star Music resort in May and we had our own bus to and from the park because, as it was said before, the summer is a peak season. When my family and I go, we either do Epcot or AK or DHS the day we arrive (we usually get to the park around noon that day) and then spend the following full day (starting at park open) at MK! We have mastered the art of doing all of MK in one day...it's usually my favorite day :)
