I can't decide between Spectromagic and Illuminations, I absoloutely adore both. I like Wishes, but it's not absoloutely amazing to me I guess. Fantasmic is great as well, and much different than anything else so for that I really like it.

I have the Sony DCR-DVD108 you mentioned in your original post. Personally I think it's a great camera. Very easy to use, small enough to carry around, and we've never had any issues with it. I like how it records to dvd because a lot of the time I don't want to go through and edit everything...
