    NFL 2019 Offseason Discussion Thread

https://www.everydayshouldbesaturday.com/2019/4/24/18513386/we-sent-a-draft-scout-to-florida A fairly amusing crossover article about Disney and draft scouting

What about at Victoria and Alberts? Shoes or no?

    Worst Walt Disney World Attraction

Hey, I’m glad people still do! Last time in there it just seemed kind of dated and odd to me and the others in the theater. But I’d rather see that there than some cheesy 3D movie. There’s no ride at WDW I actually ‘hate’, I just don’t have that sort of ire towards amusement park attractions...

Magic bands for admittance, dining, and shopping, but NOT rides...would you buy?

As I posted, Busch Gardens used to, I have no idea w WDW. I mean hey, I like people throwing out ideas like this on here. There are ways it would make sense, but I think for something like Epcot, for someone to go in free/reduced price and still be able to enjoy the park (minus rides) while...

Magic bands for admittance, dining, and shopping, but NOT rides...would you buy?

Well look we agree on something! Busch Gardens used to have this, it was called a ‘shoppers pass’ where you put down a deposit (cost of admission) and were let in for an hour or so to shop and maybe eat. You then returned to the ticket office to have the amount refunded, or if you bailed and...

    WDW Security vs. Universal

I’m still more concerned with weapons. I think they understand they’re not going to prevent scuffles and whatnot- especially yeah, with their relaxed views on alcohol (however you feel about that) But they are NOT going to want the next mass shooting to happen on their watch. I don’t think all...

    WDW Security vs. Universal

As well they should. Universal’s system is quick and more through, but also nobody is excluded. Not resort guests, people just going to Citywalk, anyone.

    Worst Walt Disney World Attraction

That makes sense. I guess I’ll lean towards the ‘tweaking’ possibly then instead of taking a sledgehammer to the whole show. I feel like every part they stop to inject Dug and Russell in is a part they could be showing me more birds doing cool stuff instead. I’ll still stick with CBJ but I...

    Worst Walt Disney World Attraction

Oh yeah, 100%. I’m with you I thought the whole show was weird and felt a bit forced. I like the birds still so while I won’t ever seek it out, it may still be a “it’s hot and we’re here, let’s go relax and see some birds” option. I hope maybe they are open to feedback and either keep tweaking...

    Worst Walt Disney World Attraction

CBJ hasn’t aged well. It feels a little too plantation-y, and the last time I went in, it seemed kids and parents alike were bored and just using it as a air conditioned pit stop. I still like the birds in the show, but the tie in to Up is bad. Everything doesn’t need a tie in! (I can’t wait...

Are the feelings for the Yeti unreasonable?

It feels like a sunk cost at this point. Too expensive and unnecessary to fix, and also probably they don’t want to put their best attraction (suck it FoP!) out of service for several months just to fix an expensive window dressing

How would you rank the Theme Parks of Florida from Best to worst?

It’s not that bad. I guess when compared to Disney then yeah, customer service isn’t as great. I worked there also in the 90’s and while you did your best, some guests you just had to sort of answer their rant and move along before you said something you shouldn’t, but I’d say also- there’s no...

Are the feelings for the Yeti unreasonable?

It would suck equally? Seriously, it’s a roller coaster. The effect, or lack of it, means very little to me.

How would you rank the Theme Parks of Florida from Best to worst?

Universal Studios MK Islands Animal Kingdom HS (I am future projecting a smidge) Busch Gardens Epcot C world Lego land BG does lack many indoor attractions but has the best collection of thrill rides in the state, and is getting 2 more soon. I like Sea World but it’s holding on for life right...

The Great Muppet Movie Ride in 2019.. good idea? bad?

Agreed. It would be nice if maybe they leave/splice some of his original audio into a new movie, just to give the Muppet fanatics a bone. If they update it, that means it’s staying for a while, which to me is a good thing. If it goes away completely and Disney essentially buries the Muppets IP...

    Star Wars Ep. 9 Thread

Has anyone considered the lead in movie each of those offshoots had? Rogue one followed TFA, which for me had my SW fan boy anticipation level at about a 9. I thought R1 was fine, thought Mendelssohn killed as the foe, first half was completely forgettable, last part was intense. Solo...

Hey Disney, do you really have to continue to.......

Ah yeah I kept going by this thread and thinking everyone was just adding their own ending to the title line- I was going to say: Allow children in the parks Let anyone but me on the buses back to the resort Pay 1000 people to stand in line for Peter Pan at all times Boost skin cancer numbers...

The Great Muppet Movie Ride in 2019.. good idea? bad?

Well, you’ll get the people who remind you the original is the last new thing Henson did before his passing, which I get. I’d take either honestly.
