100% agree. Anything can be nit-picked to death.

I can see it working as a concept, especially if each country had attractions, shows, and effort was made to make each one fresh and interesting. However, do I think people would pay $80+ to get into the gate? Probably not a chance in the world. The stigma of "educational" would be too great...

I've got to go with FutureWorld, if only for how close it is to what Walt wanted the Disney concept to be, and for all of the potential this part of Epcot has (and is continuously squandered by TDO). While I love the WS as well, I feel that too often the image presented by the "countries" are...

I haven't really noticed a correlation between PI being closed and the number of drunks at WS increasing, but I have noticed from random conversations over the years that the number of people who make "drinking around the world" a part of their vacation has risen. I gather that it's just a trend...

I have to disagree with you here. I've stayed at both the Royal Pacific and the Portifino, and I had basically zero complaints. The theming at both is excellent, the restaurants and pools were great, and customer service was second to none. Lletting Loews Hotels manage their on-property resorts...

If it has to be between those two choices, my vote goes to Pop. It's got a great "energy", decent bus service, nice pools, and every time I've gone the service has been great. If you want to splurge a bit on a moderate resort, the Carribbean Beach resort is a great stay. The theming is...

For all intents and purposes the raceway cars are locked onto a "track" to prevent the driver from leaving their lane, so I don't think it would be too much of a stretch to convert this to a fully electric system. It always escaped me how gasoline powered go-carts fit the theme of Tomorrowland.
