Fantasyland's 'Enchanted Grove' to be renamed 'Cheshire Cafe'

Sounds great. My dream vision for this area is to have the Speedway torn out and the whole northern portion dedicated to a Wonderland mini-land. The southern portion of the Speedway would house a new Tomorrowland attraction, and the border between the two lands would finally be made more...

    Philharmagic Getting Some TLC

I agree with this. It must be difficult to create small images that work well in 3D, because HISTA had the same problem. The scenes with normal-sized people never looked as good as the ones where the people filled the whole screen. A 2D to 3D solution may have been better, at least in this...

    Philharmagic Getting Some TLC

My dream refurb for PhilharMagic is that they add a scene of Donald flying through the lantern scene from Tangled. It could replace one of the existing scenes, especially now that the Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast will be so heavily featured in Fantasyland. Of course, the CG and 3D...

    New Muppet Ride?

    And look like Pizza Planet.

    Winnie the Pooh queue refurb

I believe that there was supposed to be a Pooh-themed area across from the attraction back when that island in the middle of FLE was supposed to house the Cinderella and Aurora attractions. But when it got changed over to the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, I'm pretty sure the Pooh meet and greet area...

Sweedish Chef disappeared from Muppet Vision 3D

If the Muppets get a bazillion likes on Facebook, I'll trade my free preview screening for the Great Muppet Movie Ride.

    New Little Mermaid Video

I haven't been on the Little Mermaid ride yet, and I'm sure I'll enjoy it when I finally do, but what I really expected from "a singing fish princess ride" was something more along the lines of the planned Disneyland Paris version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtDVjxt1fVE. I guess it...

    Test Track refurb???

I completely agree. I only rode Test Track once, but I found the whole experience, and especially the theme, rather mundane. Was World of Motion futuristic? No, not really, but it was a stellar Audio-Animatronic attraction, and if the new refurb can regain even some of that optimistic look...

New interactive game at MK? - Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom

I was about to post the exact the same thing. Kim Possible is fine, of course, but Scrooge McDuck is a classic (and still enormously popular in comics all around the world).

    Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

Has there been word yet on whether the Dwarfs and Snow White figures in the show scenes would full-fledged Audio Animatronics, like some of the more advanced figures in the Little Mermaid ride, or more like the ones currently in Snow White's Scary Adventures?

    The Muppets

The Piggy in the poster does look a little bit off, but the one from the trailers looks spectacular. Almost exactly like she did in The Great Muppet Caper. Remember, different puppets are used for photographs than performances, and that's before they're Photoshopped.

What's Next For DHS And AK??

Tiger River Run was originally going to be a much more slowly paced ride, with forward-facing boats instead of the more common round theme park rafts. If there was a rapids section, I'd imagine it would have been fairly isolated. Does anyone know if budget was the sole factor in changing...

New interactive game at MK? - Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom

I'm glad Merlin is hosting this. It's always nice when the more obscure, underappreciated characters are given a chance to shine.

What's Next For DHS And AK??

I would hate for this to happen. There used to be a time when a lot of thought went into the B/C/D-ticket attractions the whole family could enjoy. Yes, Disneyland's Fantasyland opened with a handful of reskinned carnival rides (Dumbo, Mad Tea Party, Carousel), but they complemented some...

Possilble Fairy Meet and Greet Area

I recall the original announcement specifically calling out Cinderella, Auroroa, Rapunzel, and Tiana. I imagine the specific princesses are subject to change, but that lines up to the four rooms. With Belle and Ariel having Meet and Greets in their respective areas of the new Fantasyland...

    Beast's Castle

The official reports about the Be Our Guest restaurant in the Beast's castle state that the three dining rooms will be based on the Ballroom, West Wing, and Gallery. I distinctly recall the first two settings from the movie, but I don't recall the Gallery. Does anyone know if this room is this...

    Destini and Lumiere?

I wonder if the Lumiere AA will be used in both the Enchanted Tales with Belle attraction and the Be Our Guest restaurant. I know it was reported earlier in the year that Enchanted Tales would also have a Wardrobe AA. I know this is essentially going to be a souped up version of the old show...

    Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

I agree, as well. I vastly prefer an adventure set in the world of the Dwarfs to a strict retelling of the Snow White film. But I'd also have liked that adventure to include the Witch popping out at me.

    Belle's House

Some of the concept art for the area outside of Belle's cottage shows the foliage in autumnal colors. Does anyone know if this is something that they are going to try to recreate -- on a larger scale than, say, the honey tree outside Winnie the Pooh? Or will they be going with a greener look?
