If a kid is sad that a character desn't remember a certain moment they had with them, it's just easiest to explain that the characters see thousands of people each day. Sometimes it's a little harder to remember specific moments when they have to remember everything they have to do for shows...

I hope Mrs. Potts doesn't fall down again.... THAT seems like it'd be harder for her to make a mid show recovery...

Last year's big snafu was between 2 teams from Hawaii and a team from Baltimore. My favorite part was the mom with the baby "who was just trying to sleep!" There were two fights, one in the arcade, and then one by the actual room buildings. And reports of even adults hitting children...
