Disney's domestic theme park attendance numbers are down thanks to Disneyland. According to Disney's 4th quarter report that just came out, both attendance and guest spending at WDW is up, but the same could not be said for Disneyland.

WDW is doing just fine according to Disney's 4th quarter earning report. Attendance and guest spending are both up for now... WDW could see a decrease in 2009, but I wouldn't worry about a company that makes billions of dollars in profit every year.
