This is what i've heard from the beginning. That eisner was cheap & made wdi cut corners, now it is costing the company millions to fix his cheapness.:fork:

Stampede or not, thats one reason reedy creek sets capacity at a certain number & cm's shouldnt allow any people beyond that into the area. :wave:

I hate to rain on a few peoples "parade", no pun intended there. This was a recycled parade from disneyland. It is almost entirely the same that they had for their 35th anniversary in 90, then it was packed up & shipped to WDW & got new music, maybe a couple new costumes.:wave:

Way back in the 80's maybe early 90's this kind of thing would be pulled form the parks very quickly & used in cm cafeterias, break rooms, etc. Old shopping bags were used at "bargain basement", now property control & the liquidation stores like character warehouse. I think it's just another bit...

I might not be much help, but I'm guessing crowds can be estimated by the operating hours. If the park closes at 7 it shuoldnt be that busy. If it closes at 10, it should be a lil busier. As far as a language barrier, TDL has guidebooks in english & I have heard & seen most signs are in english...

It has been standard for probably as long as there has been a water park that it doesn't open when the temps reach a certain low. I'm sure if we look back a year or so there are posts about them closing & the luau show at poly being cancelled due to the extreme cold.:wave:

From what i've heard pod has ended its run at disneyland. a new "street show" will deubut in the spring. I belive no parade at disneyland is connected to the repaving of their main street. Perhaps budget cuts, just plain stupid management, or stubborn execs, or a little of each have kept pod in...

ummm the only comment or question i have. 2 additons from 71-82??????????? lets see, pirates openend in 73, tsi in 73 or 75 i belive, btmrr in 79 i think, sp, tta, cop, in 75. :hammer:

i'd say its a rip off when back in the 80's they ran the christmas parade during mosty days in december. but then the mvmcp was only mayne 4 nights in dec not 20. i can recall late as 86 at leas the xmas parade being ran twice a day. even if once a day it was still not waiting till a week before...

That is one of they ways they rip us off on the chrismas parties is the christmas parade.

Ok, does any one remember early 93? mk opening at 10, alternate night showings of spectro & immuminations. Euro Disney was sinking the entire company & its american cousins were paying for it. During this bleak time i could almost see this happening again.:hammer:

ok i agree on all notes, but wasnt it christmas eve mk used to close early, or all parks closed at 4 or 5. even at dtd then the marketplace it was the one night a year cms were allowed to kinda rush you out at closing.
