I also remember one year I went there were DJ's at all the parks...I'm not to sure it was a normal thing back then...or if there was a reason for this...but it was every park...and I only saw this the one time...I remember the Spice Girls being heavily played at the time too...Personnally I did...

Let me add...I am glad they have not closed Cop...it shows diseny has some respect for walt....If any other ride had this short of lines throughout the day it would have been closed already...but it seems disney is at least trying to keep walt's spirit alive, by keeping this attraction open.

Cop is the signature attraction...that makes me think walt disney...besides that I can feel hsi ghost every time i walk through Main street.

Why wouldn't disney save the stuff from the old attractions...they never know when they might be able to recycle it for a future attraction...and it could be more cost effective too.

I'm sure Universal has done thier research...perhaps after seeing how things has faired with the new park and two new hotels...My guess is they must have seen 1st hand that competition would be tough against disney...I'm sure if their was more money to be had...they would keep that in mind...

Hopefully they will not replace indy....But I agree I can see wanting to give this an update when the new movie comes out...of course I would have thought the same about Star Tours...with the new Star Wars movies.

I'm not to sure why so many people are upset with the california film being used here too. Without riding this...california would tie into the land just as much as florida...and I'm sure has much more interesting sights to see.
