How are the rollercoasters at Busch Gardens?

Are they scarier or just a better ride? Do you think I can handle them if I've done the aforementioned?

UK to Tokyo - cheapest flights?

Thanks Rob! This one looks the most appealing to me at the moment, think I'm leaning towards paying that bit extra to go direct. (I was thinking we would be talking about £800) Know anything about what they are like service wise? I thought about Cathay, thinking that I could do a stopover...

How are the rollercoasters at Busch Gardens?

Not been since I was small and I didn't like big rides then, so I'm looking forward to visiting this year. Just wondered how the coasters compare to some of the others I've been on, I've done all the Disney, SeaWorld and Universal big rides. I live in the UK so have also done all the biggies...

anything shut down in universal right now

So BTTF doesn't have an official closing date then? I read last year it was gonna be closing October/November time 2006, but this is good news if it's still open at the moment! I take it they're keeping it open 'til something else gets confirmed, if the Simpsons has fallen through (quite glad...

UK to Tokyo - cheapest flights?

I normally fly with Virgin to Orlando, so I must admit they would be my preferred airline. Plus I'd rather travel direct if at all possible. Will have to see how my pennies are faring at that time, I still have 2 holidays to go on this year first! Shouldn't really be even thinking about it, but...

    downtown disney restaurants

Where's the best place to check for up to date lists? I just looked at www.wdwinfo.com which lists Raglan Road as included in the DDP, but I also noticed that Planet Hollywood is on the list. I thought this one was a no no, with it being a seperate entity? Anyone know?

Busch and Sea World ID checks / finger scans?

I'm now thinking I should wait and see how they admit us when we're there, if they don't ID check in anyway, we could then pass the tickets on....

UK to Tokyo - cheapest flights?

Now I know they ain't ever gonna be particularly cheap, but can anyone recommend the cheapest airlines / time of year to go / book? I'm thinking I might be best looking at January sales prices, but if anyone has any experience of how and when to get the best fares, and who with, it'd really...

Busch and Sea World ID checks / finger scans?

So Universal has the fingerprint ID thing on entrance, and Disney has some of these and some of the finger contours checkers. They're there to stop people passing unused tickets to friends. My question is, do Busch Gardens and SeaWorld have similar mechanisms in place? In the UK there is...

    Lake Suites/Palms Hotel/HoJo Enchanted Land

I stayed at this HoJo and all was fine other than one day we came back to find the maid had left our door ajar, not closed it properly. Potentially could have been disastrous if anyone had gotten in. But other than that, it was a nice place to stay on a budget I thought....

    What is FastPass

It's Free! Put your park pass into one one the fastpass machines near a ride. It spits back out your pass, along with a fastpass, giving you a one hour time slot in which you can return to the ride, and jump in the fastpass queue instead of the standby line. I'm sure someone will post you...

    Free Dining '07?

I don't believe you can have free dining staying at a DVC resort, but I believe there is a DDE card (Disney Dining Experience) available for DVC members to buy. (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong!)
