What would you want to see out of a 5th WDW park? (If there's going to be one)

Leaving aside the fact that the 4 existing parks need various degrees of love, what Disney excels at is "placemaking" (old time Main Street, the Hollywood That Never Was, etc.). The idea of a DisneySea-type attraction with all the various "places" that could replicate, and immersive attractions...

The Enchanted Tiki Room is coming to the Magic Kingdom!

As much as I love the DL original Tiki Room, when I saw it last I thought the DL preshow was too long.

    Biggest ripoff at WDW?

You are soooooo right! Not just water at a ball park - everything. Been to 2 major league parks in last few weeks, and each of them made Disney food prices seem like a bargain.

What are you looking forward to on your next trip?

Our upcoming September trip with our 25-year-old daughter will be, by family agreement, our last vacation with just the "3 of us." We're pulling out all the stops for the trip, and we're looking forward so much to all of us "just being kids together" for one last time, enjoying everything and...

What's your all time favorite Disney attraction??

MK: Splash Epcot: Soarin' Studios: nuthin' (OK, GMR I guess, but getting sooooo tired) AK: The Safari, really. Just not a yeti fan. If I could only do one: Splash However, if Disneyland's Indiana Jones were at WDW, chosing between that and Splash would be really tough.

Cancellation of Tough To Be A Bug Refurbishment?

Does anyone have confirmation or any more details on this? We'll be there during what was to have been the closure and felt bad about missing it, but on the other hand seeing it with a bunch of broken fx wouldn't be great, either.

    Kingdom Konsultants

Not to keep piling on or anything, but I need to join the chorus of HUGE Kingdom Konsultant fans! After booking prior WDW trips only through local (in person) travel agents, we decided to use KK for our upcoming 2-week September trip based on the glowing reports I read here. Tammy became our...

We're going to be at MNSSHP in costume - wondering if PhotoPass photographers are typically out in force at that event given all the guests in costume.

    September 2011 Roll Call......

We'll be at the World Sept. 18 - 29, staying at Beach Club until the 27th, doing MNSSHP one evening, then moving to Animal Kingdom Lodge for the final 3 days - doing Sunrise Safari and the Trek while there. In the planning stages since 2009, and our "little girl" who is a veteran of prior Disney...

    Concierge Check-In?

We have the good fortune on an upcoming trip to be staying Concierge at both Beach Club and Animal Kingdom Lodge. I want to remember that in the past there were special check-in arrangements for Concierge-level guests, but am wondering if - like so many other things - those have gone away...
