Everyone say it with me. Comcast isn’t giving up Marvel Theme park rights.

So basically we have no proof, but Universal wastes it even though the land was built in the OG build and does well and they have other more pressing upgrades.

If Disney would do so much better, why haven’t they?

Disney would do no more with Marvel than Universal has. Spider-man is still a top tier ride in the world while Disney use of their Marvel product elsewhere has been poor reskins, dance parties, and a coaster.

Oh man people think FOP is a game changer, yet Forbidden Journey isn’t. That’s pixie dust at its finest.

Limiting their options? Disney hasn’t used the theme park rights anywhere well at all for marvel. Mainly just overlays of old rides, a crappy music show, and now a coaster. Disney isn’t really worried about it. If they were, they would have used the rights they have better.

Unless someone left something out when they posted that. No where did I read anything about giving up Marvel.

But they excel at family attractions. A one time failed attraction isn’t excelling at it.

How is creating fear where Disney excels when they have only done it once?

Forbidden Journey and it isn’t even close. FOP is good, but it’s still just a single screen simulator. Is it the best at that? Yes, but Forbidden Journey puts everything together. Simulator, AAs, set pieces, actually moving. FOP is just a look at this scenery.

It’s using projections on New York and this allows the show to be much easier to watch and enjoy.

Would assume the massive amount of space this will take up is why Hollywood won’t see it.
