WDW is the lifeblood of the company. Iger needs to swallow his pride and contact the governor and strike some type of deal.

Perlmutter was reportedly furious when Rasulo was passed over in 2015.

What is complicating things is that Balckwells has also nominated several people to the board who are unknowns to Disney shareholders while Rasulo is very well known and liked internally. Disney wants nothing to do with Blackwells nominees either.

Kim Masters of the Hollywood Reporter reports that Perlmutter and Peltz want Rasulo to replace Iger as CEO.

You are only allowed on the board if you say nice things about Iger.

Ask for Iger’s resignation.

Peltz now has over four times the voting shares as during an initial attempt at a board seat that was abandoned earlier this year.

Nelson Peltz is an expert at blowing up boardrooms and installing his own puppets. He’s done it at almost every company that he’s launched a fight against.

Peltz is planning to do to Disney what he did with General Electric, he’s going to strip the company down and then sell it.
