The only regret I have about the old FastPass system is that they never had them for the super popular attractions like the Tiki Room, CBJ and CoP. But that will all change with the new system thank goodness! :p

The SunPass mini is a passive RFID that has adhesive on it and it sticks to your windshield. It doesn't have a battery or any lights. Mine has always worked perfectly. Matt mentioned that he sometimes had one in this glove box. These things are made so that they only work if they are mounted...

I always make sure to watch for the green "Thank You" light in the 25 MPH lanes. In the full speed lanes I don't think there's a way to know if the toll was successful.

It is a "deed" in name only. When the DVC fist started some buyers were concerned because they did not get a deed with their property purchase. Disney immediately recognized the problem and worked out a deal with county to create and record the DVC "deeds". Disney is great at creating...

    Disney property in Lake County

Under the terms of their agreement with the state TWDC must set aside a certain amount of land for the sake of water, plant, animal and environmental conservation. People assume that those constraints apply to the WDW property but there are specific loopholes. Disney can develop WDW property...
